The West Haymarket Redevelopment envisions the redevelopment of 400 acres of blighted and underutilized property on the western edge of Lincoln's Downtown. The proposed redevelopment project involves several components including: a new arena, new hotel, convention center, public plazas, retail, office and condominiums.

Lincoln Traction Partners is a locally driven development team with national resources in arena and hotel/convention center development. We have been chosen to partner with the City and other community stakeholders to develop the area and to install private and public components that will will serve as economic and cultural stimuli for our community. We beleive that the West Haymarket Redevelopment is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Lincoln and we want to insure that sensitive local issues are addressed and that we create the biggest impact possible. If we can build the West Haymarket Redevelopment elements while preserving and protecting our wetlands, floodplains, Haymarket, University and our City Budget, we will create something that all of our residents can be truly proud of.
